Description: This is a great class for seniors or for those needing a gentle approach. The class is offered through the Fairfax County Park Authority at it’s Lee District RecCenter, located at 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA. 703-922-9848. Gentle Yoga is a mindful practice of stretching, strengthening, cultivating deep breath and settling the mind, leading to the relief of tension and the brightening of our lives.
