Description:This is a great class for those who know the basics of yoga postures and breathing practices, and are ready to deepen their practice, with an emphasis on alignnent and awareness. The class is offered through the Fairfax County Park Authority at it’s Lee District RecCenter, located at 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA. 703-922-9848.Yoga II is a mindful practice of stretching, strengthening, cultivating deep breath and settling the mind, leading to the relief of tension and the brightening of our lives.
