- Description:This is a great class for those who understand basic yoga postures and breathing practices and are ready to deepen their practice, with an emphasis on alignment and awareness. The class is offered through the Fairfax County Park Authority at it’s Lee District RecCenter, located at 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA. 703-922-9848.Yoga is a mindful practice of stretching, strengthening, balancing, cultivating deep breath and settling the mind, leading to the relief of tension and the brightening of our lives.
