Description:This is a mixed level class appropriate for beginners as well as continuing practioners. The class is offered in a pleasant and spacious room at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 8009 Fort Hunt Rd, Alexandria, Va. It is a mindful practice of stretching, strengthening, balancing, cultivating deep breath and settling the mind, leading to the relief of tension and the brightening of our lives.Winter session begins 1/8.
