Master Yang’s Evidence based Qigong is taught at Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital to all hospital staff by Jan Nogle. It offers techniques and practices of moving, reclining, standing, and sitting Qigong to renew and refresh one’s Qi which can be drained by the stressors of working in a very busy hospital setting. Care givers are at special risk of stress related illnesses due to the near constant demands inherent in their professions.
