- Description: Tai Chi utilizes slow non-jarring, soft body movements to enhance the student’s ability to relax while simultaneously improving the bodies balance, flexibility, alignment and posture. The focus is on fostering a more natural body movement, nurturing the mind, body and spirit. The natural body movement principles learned will enhance any physical activity. Each successive class reviews and practices all previously learned movements going deeper into each. Guidance and corrections are provided and a new movement is added until the student can perform all movements solo. This class teaches the 37 movement Cheng Man Ch’ing variation of the Yang style Tai Chi. All ages are welcome.
