Description: Learn a standing qigong form. Develop and enhance your Qi cultivation, based on Sheng Zhen qigong as rendered by Master Li Jun Feng. Perform gentle, graceful movements to improve body tone while increasing energy and mental acuity. These qigong movements may be modified to accomodate all physical abilities.
