Radiant Lotus Tai Chi Fan was brought to public attention by Daisy Lee of Kaua’i, Hawaii. The form is comprised of fairly basic Tai Chi movements that are both graceful and dramatic in their presentation. Practicing Tai Chi Fan improves physical strength, calms the mind, releases stress, increases balance and flexibility. The Fan is a natural extension of your energy (chi) and the perfect complement to any beginning or established Tai Chi or Qigong practice.
Enrollment for the current session is closed. The next session will start early April at the same time; however, the class locatin will switch to the Barcroft Community House, 800 S.
