Paul's classes are known for satisfying a variety of learning styles as well as for providing an atmosphere of warmth and humor. They furnish as core elements an opportunity for increasing one's emotional balance and spiritual focus.

After over thirty years experience in the martial and internal arts, Paul founded Peaceable Dragon in the mid-nineties to bring together like-minded teachers and students in the formation of a learning community. His background involves significant pursuit of spiritual, mental, and physical growth. This journey spans decades and continents and is willingly shared with students in each of his classes. He is especially grateful to esteemed qigong masters Ko Wong and Li Jun Feng. Though he has learned from numerous taijiquan teachers, among the most well known are Yang Zhen Duo, Chen Zheng Lei, Christopher Pei and Li Jing.

Paul is a professional member of the World Academic Society of Medical Qigong (Beijing) a retired member of the Board of Directors of the National Qigong Association (USA); and carries NQA certification at Level IV: Teacher- it highest level of certification.
