Description: A relaxed and informal introduction to qigong. We typically began with warm ups and practice a form suitable for the students who enroll each session. We often close class with meditation. This purpose of this class is to enjoy qigong as something practical and useful. The attitude of the class is to be on vacation, to relax and enjoy. Description: This class is an ongoing qigong class meeting almost every Saturday. With the new year we will begin practicing Heaing Qigong again. The class usually consists of a warm up followed by the instruction and practice of Sheng Zhen Qigong form, sometimes followed by meditation. The class is geared for those 55 and older. The practice is active but all levels of ability and movement are welcomed and can benefit! And it’s free to Montgomery County residents 55 and older.
