Description: A class “by invitation only,” the Taiji Practicum focuses on infusing taiji form practice with ancient principles of this beautiful art. This class will emphasize correction of the movements with each individual specializing in a series for practice.

Description:

The Journey Within features Awakening the Soul, a seated dance of flowing movement; Zhongtian Yiqi Meditation to quiet the chatter of the mind and renew your original, creative self; 9 Turns Qigong practiced lying down stilling the body and mind while energizing with healing Qi. Jesus Sitting Qigong will also be taught. This seated practice balances the emotions and unravels the heart. All forms are from the Sheng Zhen (Unconditional Love) Qigong style as taught by Master Li JunFeng.
