Summer Qigong in Wynnewood, PA

Join in on a relaxing and refreshing practice.  Connecting in nature, we will do a variety of forms; each class is a complete practice in and of itself. You can participate every week or drop in when you would like. We mindfully breathe and move, cultivating a sense of calm alertness.  No previous experience is required.  The practices will be in a local park, weather permitting. The fee is what you wish, or pay it forward. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water, as needed.
