Books for Children, or for your inner child
Inner Balance for Kids: Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong for Children and All Who Work with Them, by Dietlind Zimmermann, Norbert Heinrich, Hans Dieter Wohrle, Testudo Verlag, 2023.
A book for anyone who works with children, or is thinking of working with children, to help them develop physically, mentally and emotionally through child-appropriate exercises.
